In early 2024, the Dinis team received an inquiry from Roberto, a representative of Venezuelan amusement park solutions. He showed great interest in our mini pirate ship ride and asked for the detailed price. We provided a prompt, response with a price range of $5,000 to $7,000.

At the same time, we said that customization options could affect the final cost of the small pirate ship for sale. This ship ride was designed for versatility, and could accommodate 8 to 12 passengers. Moreover, we could customize it to be a trailer version for easy mobility.

In addition to his initial interest, Roberto’s curiosity about our products prompted further inquiries regarding various amusement rides. These included the Ocean Carousel, Frog Jump Ride, Lotus Flying Chair, Mini Ferris Wheel, and Mini Track Kiddie Train for Sale. To assist with his evaluation, we compiled a comprehensive product catalog. This provided him with all the necessary information to consider how these rides would integrate into the broader context of Venezuelan Amusement Park Solutions.

Besides, Roberto specifically requested to purchase a custom-made 165-meter track for kids mini train. He mentioned that the train would be installed in a 7×6-meter area of the amusement park and sought our advice. We recommended a custom-shaped track to fit the space, explaining that a round track of that length was not feasible. Meanwhile, we said we can provide personalized track design, installation services, technical support, and a long-term supply of spare parts.

Based on his trust in us, Roberto sent us a layout of the amusement park, which covered approximately 2000 square meters. Subsequently, our designers meticulously planned out the track route based on this layout and maintained constant communication with Roberto to ensure the design was practical and efficient.

During further discussions, Roberto showed concern for the details of shipping. He asked about the size of the containers needed for transporting the pirate ship miniature and kids railway, as well as the packaging methods. We assured him that all products are securely packaged before shipment, wrapped in 3-5 layers of bubble wrap and secured with straps. The pirate ship requires a 40HQ container for transport, while the 165-meter track and train require a 20GP container.

In addition, we suggested that he consider consolidating the pirate ship and carousel in one container. This would save on shipping costs and also ensure the safety of the equipment during transport. Furthermore, we indicated that the swing ship ride mini had the product in stock. After payment, we could ship it immediately. Roberto was very happy to hear that.

Although the park’s opening was only three months away and the timeline was tight, we promised to do everything possible to expedite communication and production.

Even during the Spring Festival holiday, we did not relax our service efforts. We communicated with the production department in advance to determine the capacity of a 40HQ container.

Meanwhile, we also learned that such a container can accommodate not only a pirate ship small carnival ride and a 16-seater ocean carousel, but also a lotus flying chair or a small ferris wheel. It happened that these two products were also what the customer needed. So we asked the customer whether he would consider adding one of the two rides. We explained that we could place the parts of the flying chair or Ferris wheel parts in the cabin of the ship ride. The customer was very content with this proposal, so he chose a 24-seat double-sided mini Ferris wheel.
